INTERNATIONAL BLUE CRESCENT FOUNDATION CELEBRATED 8TH MARCH INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY


International Blue Crescent Foundation Women's Support Center, International Blue Crescent Foundation Community Center and Refugees Association organized a collaborative event specifically for World Women's Day with the motto of Strong Women”. 184 women participated in the program; purple ribbon, purple pen and carnations were gift.

After emphasizing the meaning and precaution of International Women's Day, "Strong Women Between Us" which is the story of success stories of 3 women's conversation, short film screening, Step Show which was organized by Women's Support Center step-aerobic course beneficiaries’ and " Our Future" theatre show which was organized by the Community Support Center beneficiaries have been performed. In the program, women's support center entrepreneurship training awards were announced and awards were given to 3 women for their successful business plans.

Women celebrated this special day in solidarity and gave strong messages for the defense of women's rights. During the 2-hour program, participants were seen very happy. Women thank IBC and the Refugees Association for organizing such a comprehensive event for them on this special day.
