What is this amazing place?
The community center had been established in 1st December 2013 by IBC (International Blue Crescent) in corporation with Malteser organization.
Its location in the middle of Kilis city where Syrians are found and work, it's not the main reason to be the first reference for Syrians here, but the why is the activities and unlimited services.
The Community center provides two kinds of services Educational & Psychosocial support in addition to General services. Syrians come it for receive science and some activities like sport, drawing, music...etc
A gerenral look at attedance rate you will find some difference between the months because of the weather conditions and also for Syrians movement where they used to move from city to another over round Turkey,Educational services
The community center provides education in three key field (English, Turkish and Computer science) in addition to French and German languages.
After touching a sample of Syrians, we realized that Syrians care about finding job as they lost their homes and work in Syria, that is why we focused in our courses to learn them locals' language to can be contact and live in refuge country, English and computer courses were recommended to have a chance to work with other companies,
With three levels, community center had helped 2886 Syrians to add a new language to their C.Vs
As most of Syrians, choose Turkey for refuge, we touched their problem in contacting with local people, that why we focused to help them to learn Turkısh language,
Because of this course 3101 Syrians live in Kilis had been helped for integration into the Turkish community and now can find a new job easily,
904 Syrians learned how to drive the computer and use office programs,
In addition to the above, we also provided education for French and Germans as some Syrians wanted.
