Recently mission chaired by the IBC president Recep Uker visited Odesa oblast and had meetings with Bolgrad authorities and completed the needs assessment in the region. It s noticed that around 60000 IDPs fled for safety in southwest Odessa across the Moldova border and the local authorities are in desperate need of emergency food and medicine.
