A MEANINGFUL VISIT TO IBC KILIS COMMUNITY CENTER FROM GIZ (German Corporation for International Cooperation GmbH)


Last week President of GIZ Angelika Sülzen, GIZ Country Manager Rubeena Esmail, CLIP Project Manager Dr. Wolfgang Jessen and CLIP Project Consultant Amal Mustafa visited the International Blue Crescent Relief and Development Foundation Kilis Community Center.

IBC Kilis Community Center has been serving approximately 1000 people every month since 2018. The center, in all its activities, especially for disadvantaged communities; It aims to increase personal capacity, improve social cohesion and build a peace-based society for both adults and children. During the visit, all activities carried out within this framework and future targets were evaluated. In addition, shaping activities according to the requirements of the COVID-19 process and studies on making it sustainable were conveyed.
