OUR EFFORTS TO IMPROVE NORTHERN SYRIA'S TENT CITIES CONTINUE...

About 11 million Syrians had to leave their homes due to the civil war and violence in Syria. More than 3 million Syrians took refugee in Turkey. 2020, a year full of hardships for the whole world, was much more challenging for those who had to leave their homes and continue their lives in tent cities.

International Blue Crescent Foundation (IBC) continues its’ efforts for Syria from the first day, which has experienced one of the largest human tragedies in history due to the ongoing civil war.

Last week, in cooperation with Penny Appeal to bring the shelter problem in the region to better conditions; 1000 pieces of tent equipment were distributed under the coordination of Turkish Red Crescent and AFAD.

In 2021, also with the awareness for COVID-19, International Blue Crescent Foundation will continue to provide food, hygiene, clothing, heating conditions and shelter to the region.
