INTERNATIONAL BLUE CRESCENT (IBC) HAS IMPLEMENTED A PLANTATION ACTIVITY IN KILIS TITLED "FOREST OF MEMORIES"


IBC has implemented a plantation activity in Kilis titled "Forest of memories" with GIZ, ECHO, and SDC collaboration.

The activity aimed at letting beneficiaries to contribute protecting nature and the climate, combatting desertification and drought. IBC, through this activity, asserted the importance of planting trees in maintaining the unique ecologic balance of nature.

The planting activity was facilitated in Beşenli village, Maliye 1975 Forest with the participation of 72 children and adults, who planted 80 tree saplings in "the Forest of Memories".
