Within the scope of Ardahan and Its Vicinity Community Investment Project, International Blue Crescent Relief and Development Foundation (IBC) has been trying to embrace all social groups living in the region. On several occasions the prominent of IBC has paid visit to different villages of the region. The last one of these was realized on 21 st May 2004 by Ahmet Baykent, the agricultural consultant of IBC. Baykent had paid a visit to Sogutlukaya Village . He had brought vast kinds of toys and stationary stuff for children, which pleased them enormously.

It is worth noting that great attention had been paid for the selection of the toys. The staff of IBC was aware that toys play an important role in both mental and physical development process of children. Thus, all the toys were selected according to this criterion.

The prominent of IBC believe that such contributions are indispensable for the development of the region. Ardahan and Its Vicinity Community Investment Project, as being pointed out in different articles previously, is a vast- scale project which tries to enrich the opportunities of the regions held within the project.

For the realization of this aim many activities, such as the renovation of schools, establishment of a computer laboratory at Posof Dormitory, holding a seminar in Ardahan concerning the conditions of stockbreeding activities in the region were fulfilled by IBC. In the following period, such activities will continue as well.
